ITALY: "SOSCoky" - A Cry for Help: The Canile of Santa Maria di Castellabatedoes not get any help from official side. It is placed at a formerrubbish-ground without electricity or water. Already five years ago themunicipality has promised a new area with needful infrastructure, but untilnow nothing has happened.
