Nous vous adressons ce message car nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi le Vietnam, puisqu’il s’ouvre aujourd’hui à d’autres pays du monde, avec toutes les belles technologies qu’il possède, un pays intelligent, donc, continue à massacrer dans de terribles souffrances des chiens et des chats, des animaux intelligents, sensibles et tellement utiles à notre humanité.
« C'est de loin la pire chose que j'ai vue au Vietnam. Ces chiens sont sur le chemin du marché pour être mangés. Ils ne sont pas traités avec humanité, c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire, et je ne peux pas imaginer la place qui était nécessaire pour contenir tous ces chiens dans cette cage. Hélas, nous pensons que tous les touristes, en connaissant mieux votre pays, pourraient relater les mêmes faits terribles d’une nation, la vôtre ! qui a perdu son âme dans les tortures immondes, immorales et inhumaines qu’elle inflige à des êtres faits de chair et de sang.
Il existe également un festival incroyablement cruel qui consiste à écarteler des porcs et à les découper alors qu’ils sont encore vivants. Ces malheureuses créatures meurent dans des coulées de sang et des hurlements de souffrance qui enchantent des enfants et des adultes superstitieux et ignorants.
Nous nous permettons de vous écrire que ces constats ne sont pas l’intelligence représentative d’une vraie civilisation, mais des comportements arriérés et une barbarie honteuse qui détruisent toutes nos valeurs culturelles et morales.
C’est pour cette raison que nous vous faisons savoir que nous nous engageons à ne pas visiter votre pays tant que des lois de protection pour les animaux de compagnie ou les autres ne seront pas établies et respectées.

We send you this message because we do not understand why Vietnam, since it opens itself today to the other countries of the world, with all its beautiful technologies, continue to massacre in horrible ways dogs and cats, who are intelligent animals ,sensitive and so useful to our humanity.

They are not being treated humanely to say the least and I cannot imagine the force which was required to get all these dogs into this cage. Unfortunately, we think that all the tourists, by knowing your country better and better, could relate the same terrible facts of a nation, yours! which has lost its soul in immoral and inhuman tortures inflicted towards beings made of flesh and blood.
There also exists an incredible cruel festival which consists in dismembering pigs and cutting them up while still alive. These innocent, unfortunate creatures die in castings of blood and howl of suffering- and - this sad show enchants superstitious children and adults and ignorants.
These facts are not representative for the intelligence of a true civilisation, but of a retarded behavior and a shameful cruelty which destroy our cultural and moral values.
For this reason we will not visit your country as long as there are no laws of protection established and respected concerning pets and
all other animals.
